We use Autopilot to collect user signup information, and to distribute it to other tools we use to share blogs, white-papers and other company news. Autopilot also tracks user journey’s through our website so we can see which pages are popular and which ones need to be improved – this same piece of code allows for you to interact with our ‘live chat’ function.
When you dial some phone numbers listed on our website, or a ‘single number’ used in our advertising, your phone call is time-stamped, recorded and your phone number is stored securely. This allows us to re-establish contact with potential clients if they are cut off mid-conversation with our team, and it also allows us to understand the quality of service that we deliver by measuring missed call rates and the time taken to answer calls.
