Advise – £95 per month
A 60-minute call each month with written actions, answers to email queries within two working days, and a review of one piece of material a month. Three months, then monthly rolling.
Deliver – from £750 per month
Everything in Advise, plus at least two days a month of hands-on work against a quarterly plan, a monthly report and dashboard, and a monthly review meeting. Three-month minimum.
Lead – from £1,500 per month
Everything in Advise, plus a fractional head of marketing one day a week, who owns the plan and budget, manages agencies and reports to partners. Three-month minimum.
